Fitness Manager

Hours:  40 hrs per week
Salary:  £18,000- £20,000

We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Fitness Manager at The Bellhouse Hotel in Beaconsfield.  
 
You will oversee the running of the health club and ensure all company standards are maintained with the assistance of a team of fitness instructors ensuring the member or hotel guest experience is always of a high standard.
 
You will ensure that members are welcomed and follow all club procedures, membership administration and ensure the highest cleanliness and Health and Safety standards. 
 
You will also ensure that all promotions, sales and marketing campaigns are carried out correctly.
 
Requirements:
 
You must be qualified to Level II Fitness Instructions and Gym programming, have experience in managing a team of fitness and aerobics instructors, membership sales experience and have the ability to swim.
 
Desirable qualifications and experience will include exercise to music qualification, experience in Legend membership software, Pool Plant level II and a personal training qualification.
 
You must able be flexible as you will be required to work shifts as part of a rota system.

We are currently looking for Receptionist at Bellhouse Hotel with a passion for delivering outstanding service to join our professional and friendly front desk team. 
 
The Bellhouse hotel is located in between Beaconsfield and Gerrard’s Cross within close proximity of the M40 and Heathrow Airport.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a hotel which is currently undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment in readiness to convert to the IHG brand of Crowne Plaza in late 2014.

Requirements:
 
The successful candidate will have previous experience ideally within a three/four star branded hotel with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and excellent command of the English language.
 
It would be desirable to have a good working knowledge of Opera or Brilliant (or similar).

Executive Head Chef

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly and Confident Executive Head Chef at the Bellhouse Hotel. We are looking for someone with flair, drive and exceptional passion for great food and who is able to lead & motivate a high performing team.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved right at the very beginning as we re-brand our hotel and particularly our Bar, Restaurant, Conference and Banqueting areas. We want our Bar and Restaurant to be different from your usual hotel bar and restaurant and become a “Destination” for our local residents and a “must” for our hotel residents.
 
The Executive Head Chef will be responsible for maximising profit from all food produced and served by creating and sourcing great products and menus tailored to our various target audiences, together with strong control of costs.   You will also be responsible for delivering outstanding menus and exceptional dishes.
 
This must be achieved in the context of improving customer satisfaction and repeat purchase, through delivery of consistently high standards of menu, produce, cooking processes and dish presentation.
 
A key goal will be to develop a strong reputation for the hotel and develop/retain and recruit a highly motivated team whilst exceeding the annual target for food profit contribution. Management and control of all food safety procedures are also of the utmost importance.
 
Requirements:
 
The successful candidate must deliver the right balance of kitchen management skills and passion to serve fresh, local food.
 
You must have successful experience as Head Chef/Senior Sous in a 4-5 star, 1-2 rosette, or more senior role.
 
You must also have experience of managing and motivating a team of chefs, budget management experience in terms of food and costs control and knowledge and understanding of sourcing excellent seasonal produce, foraging, supplier relationships, rota management, food, menu and labour cost control.
 
You must hold appropriate professional qualifications for the role.

You will also need to be confident with handling cash and credit card transactions.
