Fresh Plum Tomato Soup with basil infused virgin olive oil
Beetroot Gravadlax served with rocket leaves and dill crème friache
Duck and Orange Terrine accompanied by ginger and plum salsa, watercress and toasted brioche
Raspberry and Mango Sorbet with fresh mint
Main Courses
Roasted Crown of British Turkey Served with sage, shallot and chestnut stuffing, chipolata and turkey jus
Rosemary, Garlic and Honey Roasted Lamb with redcurrant sauce
Pan Fried Dover Sole with buttered leek and shrimp sauce
