Atlantic Prawn and Crayfish Tails served with a dill and lime dressing
Oven Baked Field Mushroom with wilted baby spinach and glazed goat cheese
Roast Pork Loin glazed with honey and served with grain mustard gravy
Roast Strip Loin of Beef accompanied with homemade Yorkshire pudding and red wine jus
Pan Fried Sea Bass with buttered leek and shrimp sauce
Spinach and Ricotta Tortellini with tomato and basil sauce and garlic ciabatta
